Born July 18, 1957, British golfer Nick Faldo turned professional in 1976. He won three Masters tournaments (1989, 1990, 1996) and three British Opens (1987, 1990, 1992). In 1990, he became the first non-American to be named PGA Player of the Year. After he retired from the professional circuit, Faldo became a television golf analyst.
